Contestant Registration Form

This form is used to register as a contestant for either the King or Queen division. Please be sure to select the desired division below. The registration form must accompany full registration fees for consideration. After hitting submit, you will be directed to a page for payment. The non-refundable registration fees are: Queen - $300, King - $300. The early registration discount is $100. To be considered an early registration, completed form and funds must be received prior to November 1st 2022.
